Drafting Contracts and Important Documents

Contracts, with the exception of some contracts, are concluded only by agreement of the parties, and the drafting of a contract itself is not a requirement for the conclusion of a contract. The contract is prepared (1) as a reminder for the parties to the contract, and (2) in preparation for disputes.

If you are unsure whether the contents of the contract meet the requirements to be recognized as valid, or whether the contract contains appropriate provisions for matters that are likely to cause disputes, or if you wish to create a new contract, please feel free to contact us.
